    All beats, instrumentals, and music available on this Site are licensed, not sold. Each license type has specific usage rights detailed in the license agreement provided at purchase.

    You must credit "Produced by Myk-El" on all uses of licensed beats. Failure to provide proper attribution is a violation of the license agreement and may result in legal action.

    3. Intellectual Property

    All content on this Site, including beats, artwork, logos, and text, is the property of Joschel Piquion (Myk-El) and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

    Purchasing a license grants you specific usage rights as outlined in your license agreement, but does not transfer ownership of the underlying composition or master recording.

    4. Payments and Refunds

    All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

    Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available except in cases of technical errors preventing delivery of purchased files.

    5. User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

    6. Prohibited Uses

    You may not use the Site or licensed beats to:

    • Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination
    • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense beats without proper exclusive rights
